- Coordinate, prioritise and manage equipment breakdown activities to minimize downtime, optimise technician utilisation, ensure parts availability, and maintain high levels of customer service through efficient planning and scheduling.

• Grade 12
• Required: 4 years’ experience in field service planning, breakdown coordination, or maintenance scheduling

• Required: Experience using Dynamics 365 or similar maintenance management systems.
• Required: Strong planning, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Required: Customer service and problem-resolution experience.
• Preferred: Mining, construction, rental, or industrial equipment environment experience
