- Grow and protect revenue from strategic oil and gas project customers in northern Mozambique by developing trusted relationships and converting equipment rental, service, training and related requirements into commercially sound solutions. Act as the primary commercial link between customers and Eazi operations, ensuring account plans, forecasts, service commitments and customer expectations are aligned to sustainable account growth.

• Grade 12 / N3.
• Preferred: Sales and Marketing degree or diploma, including an IMM qualification, or a relevant Business Management qualification.

• Required: 6 years’ business-to-business sales experience, including at least 3 years’ key account management experience.

• Strengthen customer retention and service performance by maintaining senior and site-level relationships, leading account reviews and coordinating prompt resolution of operational or technical escalations.
• Improve resource and fleet planning by producing reliable account forecasts, communicating project schedules and customer requirements, and aligning internal teams to delivery commitments.
• Build actionable market intelligence on project activity, competitors, customer priorities and emerging risks, maintaining accurate CRM records and timely management reporting to support decisions.
