Site Supervisor

Location: Matola

Reports to: Country Manager

Purpose of Position

- Effectively supervise and coordinate personnel across client sites to maximise operational efficiency, service delivery, customer satisfaction and profitability while ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements.

Qualifications

Grade 12/N3
Supervisory and/or management training
Risk assessment training - A2
Legal liability training – MHSA

Experience

2 years management experience in a technical environment
3 years technical equipment supervision experience
Commercial/customer relations experience
Customer safety and MHSA compliance exposure.

Knowledge Requirement

English required, Portuguese preferred
