- Own the commercial and operational performance of the Cape Town branch as its single point of accountability. Drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability across rental, sales, and service, build enduring customer relationships, and lead the branch team to deliver on financial, operational, and people-development targets. Ensure the branch operates safely, compliantly, and efficiently, aligning day-to-day execution with Eazi Access’s strategic objectives and sustainable commercial growth in the Western Cape market.

• Grade 12/N3
• Required: Bachelor’s degree in business management, Commerce, Finance, Sales/Marketing, or a related field.
• Preferred: Postgraduate business qualification (e.g. MBA or PGDip in Business Administration).

• Required: 5 years’ commercial management experience with direct accountability for revenue and profit targets in a sales, rental, or service environment.
• Required: 5 years in a branch, business unit, or profit-center leadership role managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Required: Proven track record of achieving financial and sales targets and growing market share.
• Required: Demonstrated success in building and retaining key customer and stakeholder relationships at senior level.
• Preferred: Equipment, hire, MEWP, material handling, or industrial services industry experience.
