Site Manager

Location: Mokopane

Reports to: Sub-Depot Manager

Closing Date: Jan 21, 2026

Purpose of Position

- To effectively supervise and coordinate personnel on different client sites to ensure maximum operational efficiency and profitability for the business. - To coordinate the activities of the operator supervisor, drivers, trainers and technicians. - To maintain relationship with the mine Engineers and attend all related meetings on the mine.

Qualifications

Grade 12/N3
Supervisory and/ or Management Training Course
Risk Assessment Training – A2
Legal Liability Training - MHSA

Experience

5 years Management experience in a technical environment
3 years’ experience on technical machine equipment supervision
Commercial experience / customer relations
Customer Safety Compliant
MHSA Complaint.
