- To grow the Johannesburg aftersales territory by converting sales leads into repeat business for MEWP and material handling equipment repairs, parts, and service solutions. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through disciplined territory management, proactive customer engagement, site inspections, and accurate CRM and pipeline management.

• Required: Grade 12
• Preferred: Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field.

• Required: 4 years sales experience in a corporate or semi-corporate B2B environment.
• Required: Proven track record of increasing revenue and growing market share.
• Preferred: Mining, construction, or industrial sector experience.
• Preferred: Aftersales or parts sales experience.

• Achieve or exceed monthly aftersales revenue targets by selling repair, maintenance, and parts solutions to existing and prospective customers within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular customer site visits (minimum 8 per week) including site inspections, equipment audits, and needs assessments to identify sales opportunities.
• Maintain and develop a strong sales pipeline with minimum 3x quota coverage; update CRM (D365) weekly with accurate customer information, opportunity status, and competitor activity.
• Deliver professional customer presentations on Eazi Access repair and aftersales capabilities; prepare and submit quotations within 24 hours of customer request.
• Identify and develop new market segments; open minimum 2 new accounts per month through prospecting and competitor customer conversion.
• Submit accurate weekly planners, site management forms, commission claims, and monthly forecasts on time and in compliance with company administrative requirements.
