- Ensure all machines quality assured and PDI-ready; support the regional management on machine readiness and movement; plan and coordinate machine turnaround and workshop operations to drive cost recovery, scheduled maintenance, and customer satisfaction; and identify and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency, reduce cost, and improve customer outcomes.

• Grade 12/N3
• Recommended: Trade qualification (Millwright/ Diesel Mechanic or Auto Electrician).

• 5 years supervisory experience in a workshop or engineering environment
• 3 years’ experience in cost control of annual operational budgets
• 2 years’ technical experience of relevant equipment

• OEM technical product knowledge and diagnostics
• Work-at-height and material handling equipment expertise.
• Knowledge of Mozambican workplace health and safety requirements and practical safety management
• Budget control and quality management
• Reporting and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Technical training and coaching of technicians
• Valid driver’s license.
