Safety Officer

Location: Secunda

Reports to: Group SHEQ Manager

Purpose of Position

- To conduct workplace inspections, audit internal safety requirements and coordinate safety-related services. - Ensure customer safety requirements are met.

Qualifications

Grade 12
Samtrac
Samtrac (mining)
COMSOC 1/2
Incident Investigation
Risk Assessor (HIRA)
Diploma in Safety Management (Advantage)

Experience

5 years’ safety-related work experience in a Construction/ Mining environment.
2 years of experience in customer/supplier interaction.
3 years of experience in a Mining/Service/Industrial environment.
