Logistics Admninistrative Clerk
Purpose of Position
- To co-ordinate daily delivery and collection schedule to ensure that all deliveries and collections are carried out timeously.
- Contact customers to enquire about site and customer specific pre-delivery and pre-collection arrangements. Liaise with Hire Desk and Logistics to ensure any changes.
- Completing and ensuring that D365 is updated on a real-time basis to accurately measure delivery and collection times as well as various administration duties.
- Responsible for D365 System management.
- To reduce futile trips and improve customer service and delivery details.
Qualifications
- Grade 12/N3
Experience
- Office administration experience in a rental environment (Preferred).
- Ability to deal with customers on the telephone (Advantageous)
