Technical Quality Manager
Purpose of Position
- To ensure that the skills, competencies, proficiencies, technical processes and service levels of technicians are continually assess and technicians identified as being sub-standard are provided with on-site and on-the-job training, together with an efficient mentoring programme.
- To ensure that the Regional Technical Support Specialist act as leaders, on-the-job trainers and mentors for the technicians in the operations team throughout the organization.
- To ensure warrantee guidelines are complied with by the operations team throughout the organization.
- To ensure machine quality are improved throughout the group by developing and implementing standard operating procedures and machine quality standards.
Qualifications
- Grade 12/N3
- Trade qualification as Millwright, Auto Electrician or Red Seal Qualified as a Technician.
- Management Qualification (preferred)
Experience
- 10 years’ experience in Training and Quality, Workshop and Technical Staff Management.
- Problem solving experience.
