Branch Administrator
Purpose of Position
- To perform the full procurement function for the branch from onboarding of new suppliers with required BBB-EE documentation to GRN of invoice for non-stock items
- To capture diesel journals timeously and ensure balancing of diesel stock to system stock.
- To ensure open PO report is attended to daily to minimize open PO’s.
- To perform the full petty cash function for the branch
- To ensure all required travel, subsistence and refreshment requirements are met
Qualifications
- Grade 12/N3
- Diploma in Office/admin Management or related qualification preferred.
Experience
- Procurement administration experience or D365 procurement process competency is preferred.
