Workshop Supervisor
Purpose of Position
- To supervise all technical work performed by Workshop Technicians to ensure a high standard of work is performed.
- To ensure technicians complete relevant paperwork relating to allocated tasks and is handed in to admin timeously.
- To assist with smooth operation of workshop and timeous completion of jobs.
- To ensure the team is made aware off all safety concerns and ensure housekeeping of workshop and yard is to be performed.
Qualifications
- Grade 12/N3 Technical Diploma.
- Trade qualification as Millwright, Auto/Hydraulic or Low voltage electrician (Red Seal).
- Supervisory qualification.
- JLG accredited training courses
Experience
- 3 years Supervisory experience.
- 5 years’ work experience in a technical environment.
- 3-5 years’ experience working on JLG, Magni, and Genie.
