Personal Assistant
Purpose of Position
- Provide personal administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and his direct reports, including clerical, receptionist, and project-based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and telephone interaction; exercise discretion and maintain strict confidentiality, especially when acting in the absence of a manager.
Qualifications
- Grade 12/N3
- Degree in Business/Office Management - Recommended
Experience
- Experience:10 years in administration: at least 3 years as PA or Admin Assistant to a member of Exco or a member of Senior Management.
