Warehouse Controller

Location: Johannesburg

Reports to: General Manager: Operational Support

Closing Date: Mar 17, 2026

Purpose of Position

- Accountable for the safe, efficient operation of the Centralised Warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy, effective daily stores functions, and service-level delivery. Owns ERP (D365) transactional integrity by promptly and accurately processing receipts, journals, and reconciliations.

Qualifications

Grade 12/N3
Recommended: Procurement, Planning or Supply Chain qualification OR currently studying towards one.
Completed certificate/diploma in Supply Chain/Warehouse Management

Experience

4 years' data capturing experience.
4 years' warehouse operations experience.
2 years' experience dealing with suppliers and resolving financial/payment queries.
Financial background (advantageous)
