Fitter & Turner

Location: Johannesburg

Reports to: Workshop Supervisor

Closing Date: Nov 10, 2025

Purpose of Position

- To perform PDI’s, repairs, maintenance, and services on client and rental equipment in accordance to OEM required standards and timelines. - To perform fitting and turning tasks including assembling, repairing, and maintaining mechanical components of access equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

Grade 12/N3
Trade Tested Fitter and Turner (Red Seal Certificate or equivalent).
Trade qualification as Millwright, Auto Electrician and Fitter and Turner.
Working at heights / material handling / underground mining equipment training.

Experience

Minimum 8 years’ work experience as a Technician in a workshop environment.
Experience in working at heights / material handling / underground mining equipment** **
