Supervisor: Aftersales Administration
Purpose of Position
- Supervise the Centralised Aftersales Administration function and team, ensuring responsive customer support, accurate administration, SLA achievement, data integrity, quotation management, and effective escalation of operational issues.
Qualifications
- Grade 12/N3
- Recommended: Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration or Customer Service; supervisory training advantageous.
Experience
- Minimum: 4 years in aftersales/customer service, including at least 1 year supervising or coordinating a team.
- Experience with SLA monitoring, customer query management, and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage the Aftersales Administration team to achieve service and productivity targets.
- Monitor workload allocation, SLA compliance, and customer query resolution.
- Manage WIP, quotations, invoicing, debtor follow-up, and aftersales administration processes.
- Coordinate communication between customers, branches, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate reporting, data integrity, and sales tracking systems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure policy, safety, and procedural compliance.
