- Manage and grow assigned house accounts by providing efficient hire desk sales support for MEWP and material handling equipment rentals. Maximise rental revenue through proactive quote follow-up, consultative upselling, and excellent customer service, ensuring all hire transactions are accurately processed and invoiced through D365.

• Required: Grade 12/N3
• Recommended: Post-matric qualification in Sales and Marketing.

• Required: 3 years’ experience in call-center sales, hire desk sales, or outbound sales (mandatory).
• Required: Proven track record in outbound sales, quote conversion, and customer relationship management.
• Preferred: Experience in rental equipment, hire desk operations, or material handling solutions.
• Preferred: Experience with D365 or similar ERP system.

• Maximize quote conversion through continuous and timely follow-up: achieve 60%+ conversion rate on all quotations issued.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned house accounts through regular proactive contact, understanding their project cycles and equipment needs.
• Manage hire desk sales: process inbound enquiries, generate accurate quotes, confirm orders, and coordinate delivery timelines with operations.
• Identify and pursue revenue growth opportunities through upselling of additional equipment, longer hire periods, and ancillary services (transport, operator training).
• Coordinate equipment availability, delivery scheduling, and off-hire processing with operations and transport to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Ensure all supporting documentation (hire agreements, delivery notes, PODs, credit applications) is complete and accurate to support correct invoicing.
