Site Supervisor

Location: Richards Bay

Reports to: Sub-Depot Manager

Closing Date: Jul 28, 2026

Purpose of Position

- To oversee service delivery and revenue growth and manage client relations on specific sites. - To ensure that all duties on site are carried out safely and in accordance with all company and legal requirements. - To coordinate the activities of site operators, drivers, trainers, and technicians on site.

Qualifications

Grade 12/N3
Supervisory and/or Management Training Course
Risk Assessment – A2
Legal Liability Training - MHSA

Experience

3 years’ supervisory experience in a technical environment.
3 years’ experience in technical machine equipment operation.
Commercial experience/Customer relations
Customer Safety Compliant
MHSA Complaint
