Site Manager

Location: Kathu

Reports to: Sub-Depot Manager

Closing Date: Apr 21, 2026

Purpose of Position

- To effectively supervise and coordinate personnel on different client sites to ensure maximum operational efficiency and profitability for the business. - To coordinate the activities of site supervisors, drivers, trainers, and technicians. - To maintain relationship with the mine Engineers and attend all related meetings on the mine.

Qualifications

Grade 12 / N3
Supervisory and/or management training course
Risk assessment training - A2.
Legal liability training – MHSA
Valid Sishen Mine Site access and training will be advantageous.

Experience

5 years’ Management experience in a technical environment
3 years’ experience in technical machine equipment supervision
Commercial experience/customer relations
Customer Safety Compliant
MHSA Complaint
