Administrator: Hire Desk
Purpose of Position
- To handle all incoming calls efficiently, to back up the main reception area, the administration of procurement on the D365 system and general Hire Desk administration. To provide administrative support to the Hire Desk Department.
Qualifications
- Grade 12/N3
- Preferred: Diploma/Certificate in Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
- Required: 3+ years in internal sales, hire desk, or call centre environment and office admin.
- Required: 3 years’ experience in operating switchboards, ordering stationery, and working on a procurement system
- Required: Strong customer service background with demonstrated complaint resolution skills.
- Preferred: Experience with equipment rental or asset management processes.
- Preferred: Knowledge of credit risk assessment and contractual documentation.
