Aftersales Administrator
Purpose of Position
- To be responsible for after-sales administration duties within the Service and Maintenance department using D365 and Excel.
- Quoting and Invoicing with a quick turnaround time for customer breakdown, service and other enquiries and carrying out all administrative requirements relating to this on D365 and Excel
- Proactively communicating with customers, technicians and teams to ensure that the customers are given timely updates regarding maintenance jobs and, in turn, ensuring that the customers supply PO’s timely for the work to be done
- Administer all FMC and PMA services on the planners, D365 and ensure jobs are created for all upcoming services
Qualifications
- Grade 12/N3 preferably with good achievement in English as a subject
- Post-matric short course or other suitable qualifications would be an advantage.
Experience
- 2 years working in a technical environment.
- 3 years working experience on D365 or similar ERP system in a significant administrative role.
- Solid experience in customer facing role including query management.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
