Hire Desk Trader
Purpose of Position
- To maximise revenue by turning every call received into an order, including continuous communication and follow-up with all customers.
- To be responsible for the internal sales function, including thecorrect administration and processing of orders whilst ensuring excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Grade 12
Experience
- D365 Experience
- 3-5 years Hire Desk, Call Centre, Sales, and Administration experience.
- Experience in working with customer satisfaction & index systems.
