Customer Service Agent
Purpose of Position
- To manage all Customer Services expectations, customer calls and follow-ups, resolving customer queries and use appropriate retention tools where required.
- To ensure that the quality of service that Eazi Access provides and the satisfaction of its customers, are always treated with the utmost importance.
Qualifications
- Grade12/N3
- Certification – Customer Services/ Marketing or Finance related, will be advantageous.
Experience
- 3 - 4 years experience in a Technical Customer Service and Administration environment.
