Administration Clerk: Aftersales
Purpose of Position
- To be responsible for aftersales administration duties within the Service and Maintenance department.
- Handling incoming customer breakdown and service enquiries and all administrative requirements relating to this on D365 and planners, proactively communicating with customers and technicians to ensure excellent customer service.
- Administer all FMC and PMA services to and ensure jobs are created for all upcoming services. Follow up and manage customer queries and complaints to relevant departments. Update customers and teams on job statuses.
Qualifications
- Grade 12
Experience
- 2 years working in a technical environment.
- 3 years of working experience on a procurement system
- Solid experience in customer service and query management
