General Manager: North Region
Purpose of Position
- To participate in the creation of the overall Eazi Access's Strategy and the translation of it into a Regional Strategy and Operating Plan for the Region.
- To create organisational capacity and capability and manage the integration of Commercial and Operations activities across the Region.
- To drive the growth and profitability of the Region in line with the Commercial and Operational Strategy, including the creation of organisational capacity and leadership of the Regional Business unit.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of activities within the Witbank Regional Hub.
Qualifications
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Business/Sales/Leadership (NQF 6 or 7).
- Post Graduate Business Qualification (NQF 8 or 9) will be advantageous.
Experience
- Approximately 5 years of General Management experience at themiddle to senior management level.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales or Commercial function at a middle to senior management level.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in handling a multi-branch operation.
- Firsthand experience and a proven track record of successfully growing a region’s revenue, profitability and ROIC.
