Invetory Controller
Purpose of Position
- Administer supply chain and inventory planning activities for the branch, focusing on coordinating D365 procurement and inventory transactions, stock take procedures, and invoice reconciliation. Ensure D365 is accurately maintained with all transactional details, provide training and support to branch staff on procurement/inventory processes, and maintain inventory levels within predefined min/max parameters to support fleet availability.
Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Preferred: Procurement, Planning or Supply Chain Qualification (or currently studying towards).
- Preferred: Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field.
Experience
- Required: 3 years’ experience with D365 transactions (procurement and inventory modules preferred).
- Required: 3 years’ administrative and audit-ready filing experience.
- Required: 2 years’ experience in supplier interaction and invoice reconciliation.
- Preferred: Warehouse and distribution environment experience
