The CFO is responsible for developing and executing the organisation’s financial strategy, governance framework, and capital management approach. The role ensures that financial performance, risk management, and commercial decision-making support the long-term success of the business.

• Required: Grade 12/N3.
• Required: Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) or equivalent recognised professional finance qualification.

• Required: Minimum 10 years' progressive financial leadership experience, including senior executive accountability for strategy, governance, financial performance, reporting, and risk management.
• Preferred: Experience within equipment rental, construction, industrial services, logistics, manufacturing, or other asset-intensive industries with board-level exposure.

• Develop and execute the organization’s financial strategy to support sustainable growth, profitability, capital efficiency, and shareholder value.
• Provide strategic financial insight to the CEO and Board through accurate reporting, forecasting, performance analysis, and commercial decision support.
• Lead treasury, cash flow, funding, and capital allocation activities to optimise liquidity, support expansion, and maximise return on investment.
• Establish and maintain robust governance, risk, and compliance frameworks that safeguard assets and ensure regulatory and statutory compliance.
• Drive financial and operational performance improvement initiatives through cost optimisation, margin enhancement, asset utilisation, and productivity programmes.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance function that delivers financial excellence, strong internal controls, talent development, and continuous improvemen.
