Customer Service Manager
Purpose of Position
- **To develop and expand** the company's growth by continuously identifying new opportunities to sell aftermarket products i.e., Service, Maintenance and Parts for the Eazi product range.
- **To maximise Aftersales Income** by building solid customer relationships to ensure the Company meets its targets.
Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Appropriate Tertiary Qualification
Experience
- 3-5 years’ experience in After Sales Support in the material handling industry.
- Proven track record of successful After Sales Support in the material handling industry.
